Major transformation at J38 Industrial Estate, Barnsley

Works have recently been completed to refurbish two units on J38 Industrial Estate, Barnsley occupied by Rightcast Limited. The two industrial units which total a combined 50,000 sq ft have been transformed following the installation of new profile metal roofs and new cladding to the elevations.

Acting on behalf of an overseas private client, South Street Capital have secured a new 10-year unbroken lease with Rightcast Limited who specialise in the manufacture and supply of pre-cast concrete stair flights.

J38 Industrial Estate which is located within 1.5 miles of Junction 38 of the M1 Motorway has seen significant investment in recent years including a number of redevelopment and refurbishment projects. The 206,000 sq ft estate is now fully let with other tenants including Glazerite, Thyssenkrupp and Premdor.
