The UK's Largest Climbing Centre is coming to Southmoor Industrial Estate

Depot Climbing are due to open BIG Depot Manchester at Southmoor Industrial Estate, Manchester in mid 2024. The 50,864 sq ft centre is subject to a £5M fit-out, precision designed to create a world class, state of the art facility. As one of Europe's biggest climbing centres, BIG Depot will offer roped climbing, bouldering, gym and yoga spaces together with remote work spaces and cafe. Once open , BIG Depot Manchester is expected to attract climbers from all over the UK and beyond.

Yorkshire Climbing Centre, the company behind Depot Climbing have taken a new 20 year lease on the unit and will commence their fit-out in the next few weeks.

Acting on behalf of an overseas private client, South Street Capital have managed the refurbishment and development of Southmoor Industrial Estate over the last 5 years. The investments made to both the buildings and the estate infrastructure have led to a transformation of the estate and has attracted new exciting occupiers across a cross section of industries and sectors.
