New roof installed at Ryton Road, South Anston, Sheffield

SSC, on behalf of a private client, has completed the installation of a new 50,000 sq ft overclad roof in South Anston, Sheffield. The property, which is occupied by Alexander Dennis Limited as their national service and repair centre, is located approximately 2 miles from Junction 31 of the M1 Motorway in South Yorkshire and occupies a large site of approximately 8.5 acres.

In return for the extensive works to the roof, which also included a full external redecoration, SSC have secured a new 10 year unbroken term and a significant increase in the passing rent.
