Further refurbishment success at Southmoor Industrial Estate

Acting as asset manager for an overseas private investor, South Street Capital have completed the next stage in the extensive refurbishment of Southmoor Industrial Estate, Manchester.

The refurbishment of Unit A3/4 provides a further 86,190 sq ft of fully refurbished warehouse accommodation at Southmoor Industrial Estate. Helen Macrow of South Street Capital commented “We are delighted with the outcome of these works and the high-quality accommodation this brings to the South Manchester market.”
